The Jerusalem Coaching Institute (JCI) is the premiere coaching school in Jerusalem! We open the doors to this exciting and revolutionary field of study with small classes and instructors with decades of experience in the field. Our intensive 22-week program initiates students into the theory, skills and competencies of coaching.

Our students are motivated, receptive to new ideas, emotionally healthy and committed to their clients’ personal growth as well as to their own. They are also very different from each other, and our mission is to help each student find his or her own “voice” within the field of coaching.

Located in the heart of the German Colony, JCI features a warm and nurturing atmosphere in an intimate setting. Our classes are small because we accept only the most talented students, and because we take the responsibility of crafting new coaching professionals very seriously. Even after our graduates have received certification, our staff continues to offer  them support as they take their first steps toward creating a unique coaching practice of their own.

Our 22-week course is conducted in English and meets twice a week. JCI also offers private instruction in both English and Hebrew.
