One of the best loved elements in my coaching program is the food rotation. Each week someone else brings a delicious healthy snack to be shared during the class break. I prepare the nourishment for the first week, and then let my students take over. They have been both whimsical and creative and are also generous, loving and extraordinary cooks! In fact, they surprised me with the gift of a home made recipe book at graduation last year! It featured some of their favorite recipes, many of which they had shared with the group during the year.
My students have graciously given me permission to share some of their favorites. I invite you to get to know some very fine coaches and also to celebrate what I call “food for life!”
